… a Shiatsu practitioner and Reiki Master Teacher based in North West Leicestershire.

As a nurse of over 10 years, I understand the importance of an holistic approach to healthcare.  I believe whole heartily in our National Health Service, however I see where it can struggle to meet the needs of patients with long term and chronic conditions, such as anxiety & depression, fibromyalgia, and chronic fatigue syndrome. I am passionate about using the complementary therapies I love to improve the quality of life, well-being and overall health of my clients, particularly those who find there is some disconnect from what can be offered to them through conventional means.

I trained to Reiki Master level with Chris Parkes at The Reiki School, and then as a Master Teacher with Ann Halstead through Reiki Evolution.  My Shiatsu training was with Carol Dean at the Northern School of Shiatsu.  I have found Reiki compliments my Shiatsu practice wonderfully.

I truly believe in the transformative power of holistic healing. I am dedicated to creating a nurturing and supportive environment for my clients.
